Class Descriptions

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga uses chairs and props for balance and stability.


The class is open to all, but designed to bring the benefits of yoga to those who have difficulty getting up and down off of the floor, are recovering from injury, or have other physical limitations.

Warrior One

Yoga Flow 

Yoga Flow moves through floor, seated, and standing poses, improving flexibility, core and muscle strength, and balance.  Every class begins and ends with centering and breath work, allowing for stress relief and relaxation.
