Chair Yoga ~

Chair yoga uses chairs for balance and stability.

This class is designed to bring the benefits of yoga to those who have difficulty getting up and down off of the floor, are recovering from injury, or have other physical limitations.

Warrior One

Flow and Stretch~

This unique yoga class combines yoga poses and stretching to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.  The first half of the class is dedicated to strength and balance before moving into a therapeutic and restorative stretch for the second half of the class.  Participants must be able to move up and down off of the floor.
