Chair Yoga ~

Chair yoga uses chairs for balance and stability.

This class is designed to bring the benefits of yoga to those who have difficulty getting up and down off of the floor, are recovering from injury, or have other physical limitations.

Warrior One

Gentle Yoga Flow ~

This is a gentle yoga flow class, linking breath with yoga poses.  Each class works through the entire body to achieve improved flexibility, balance, and relaxation.   Participants must be able to move up and down off of the floor.
