Where is My Yoga@ FUMCA located?

My Yoga classes are held in the Youth Activity Center of the First United Methodist Church of Allen (FUMCA), located on the second floor at 601 S. Greenville Ave in Allen, TX.

All classes are open to the community.

What type of yoga is My Yoga@ FUMCA?

My Yoga offers 2 different yoga classes: Flow and Stretch, and Chair Yoga. Click here to see a description of the different classes.

How much do the classes cost?

An individual class is $12, or you can buy a 5 pack of classes for $50. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is taken in person before the class starts.

Do I need to register for a class?

No, just show up! Please arrive 15 minutes before the class start time to fill out the waiver and get settled in. Please bring a yoga mat for the Stretch and Flow class. Mats are not required for the Chair Yoga class.
